Previously, the Collections feature was available only in Microsoft Edge Developer and Canary editions. However, now you can enable Collections and get started with this feature in any stable version. However, if it doesn’t help you in any way, and you want to get rid of the toolbar button, you can follow this tutorial.
Show or hide Collections button in Edge browser
To show or hide the Collections button in Microsoft Edge browser, follow these steps- You need to open the Microsoft Edge browser on your computer. If you have already opened it, click the three-dotted button (Settings and more) that is visible on the top-right corner of the browser window. After that, select Settings from the list. Now, you need to switch to the Appearance tab from your left-hand side. There is another way to open the Appearance panel in the browser settings. You need to type edge://settings/appearance in the address bar, and hit the Enter button. Then, you can find a toggle button called Show Collections button. By default, it should be turned on. You need to toggle the button to hide the Collections button from Edge’s toolbar.
There is another easy way to hide the Collections button from the browser toolbar. However, you cannot use the same method to show the button. If the Collections button is already visible in your browser, click the three-dotted icon in your browser, right-click on the Collections button, and select Hide from toolbar option. Now, you will see that the button is not visible in the Microsoft Edge toolbar. Hope this tutorial helps.
