Add Draw Tool Tab to Ribbon of Microsoft Office
Worry not, the task is simple; therefore, it will not take a long time to accomplish, so without any more explanation, let’s talk about how to solve this problem.
The first step to make here is to open your Microsoft Office app of choice – eg. Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Bear in mind the Draw tab is available in every software within the Suite, so fire up the one you’re ready to draw in.

After opening your document, the plan is to customize the Ribbon to have the Draw tab added. To get this done, right-click on the blank section of the Ribbon, and from there, select Customize the Ribbon to open a new window. Alternatively, you could open the Options section by clicking on File > Options > Customize the Ribbon, and that’s it.
Add the Draw tab to the Main Ribbon
The next thing to do here is to add the Draw tab to the Main tab on the Ribbon, and this is quickly done. You see, after opening the Customize the Ribbon section, please click on the dropdown menu below Choose commands from. We suggest selecting the one that says Tool Tab, then navigate down to Ink Tools. Choose Draw, then click on the Add button in the middle to push it over to the Main Tab. In some situations, the Draw tool would already be in the Main Tab, and all you have to do is tick the box to activate it. Complete the task by clicking on the OK button at the bottom, and right away, Draw should now be visible on the Ribbon and ready for use.
